Our Graduate Program is currently available at our Head Office in Hong Kong.

The course is conducted by dedicated trainers who provide coaching, guidance, supervision and monitoring, our Management Trainee Program is designed to identify and fast-track the next generation of Kerry Logistics industry leaders.

In addition to a sound introduction to our corporate culture, the program provides hands-on work experience in all of our key business units. We also offer comprehensive on-the-job training aimed at equipping trainees with the skill-sets that will ensure future success.

Our Management Trainee Programme is functional-oriented. All Trainees will be exposed to all our core functional teams through cross-postings. Through the structured programme, trainees will be capable to assume the supervisory position in the designated department at the end of their training.  For those who have exceptionally outstanding performance and talent, advancement to the managerial position is expected.

Apart from the academic qualification, qualified candidates are also expected to possess the following qualities:

• Strong enthusiasm and commitment to establish a long-term career in the logistics industry;   
• Passionate, positive attitude & self-motivated;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good team spirit and potential leadership ability;
• Good common sense, courage to face new challenges; and
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua), other foreign languages will be an advantage.

Selection process will normally start in January of each year.
